We
are a family owned and operated company. We are specialist for
the manufacturing and distribution of garment bags, suit covers,
shopping bags, covers for tranportation and virtually every type
of sewed product. The company is managed by the two sisters Mrs.
Bernadette Richly and Mrs. Gioconda Richly-Materne, who have many
years of experience in this line of business.
Our new production facilities are equipped with state of the art
manufacturing and processing machinery. We are therefore able
to serve our clients/- such as international fashion makers, large
apparel stores or small retail shops/- with the upmost of speed
and efficiency. More importantly, the use of this latest technology
permits us to meet the various individual requirements of our
valued customers in a very economical way.

What is our competitive
advantage?
Our customers can choose from a very large stock - or
we tailor-make the products according to your requirements in
a few days in our plant in Germany. You may ask for any quantity,
colour or material. As a manufacturer we have a comprehensive
know-how about every detail.
Due to cost reasons, we outsource the production of some items
to manufacturing bases outside Germany. Nevertheless, all products
are made to our specifications and high quality standards. You
can always count on fast and competent service and competitive
prices.

Where ?
Our company
offices and our manufacturing plant are located in the industrial
area of Renchen, a small town at the foothills of the famous Black
Forest region, Southwest- Germany.

How fast can
you deliver?
Usually very fast, because we carry our standard production
assortment in stock. Orders which are placed no later than 2pm,
are dispatched on the same day, and are generally received by
our European customers within 48-72 hours. Products, which need
to be made in order to fit individual specification may take a
bit longer , but they are usually shipped within a matter of only
a few days. We also offer express delivery for a minimal surcharge.

Are tailor-made products much more expensive?
No. Because we specialise in this line of product, we are able
to offer custom-made products for less than you might expect.

Can I get my Logo printed on your products?
Yes, of course. All we require is an email with a PC-file (for
example: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF or Word).You may also
mail your business card or a letter head which displays your Logo.
We do however prefer a small film, scale 1:1. There is a one-off
charge for the making of the stencil. From then on you only pay
for the process of printing.

Do you require minimum orders?
No, we do not. We manufacture and deliver any quantity required
including single items. Some selected products, however, are sold
for economical reasons in prepackaged quantities only.
Minimum order value charged:
- Stock items: € 25
- Tailer made product in Germany: € 50
- Tailer made product in our overseas factory € 500
If you order does not meet this you may add some items or we charge
the above minimum order values.

Can you accomodate extra large quantity orders?
Large quantity orders
are absolutely no problem at all. They do, however, require a
somewhat longer processing time. This is the case if these orders
are accompanied with special requests, such as custom colours
or non-production line materials.

Is it possible to wash your garment bags & covers?
With very few exceptions our products, including those with
your printed Logos, can be washed easily at 30 °C. To be sure,
however, please check when you place your order.
